Iwona D.It is always an honor to work with a fellow photographer! This babe flew in all the way from Stony Plain, Alberta to see me. Miss E already previously experienced a few boudoir shoots in her life but for her 35th birthday she chose me to capture her sexy side..
I always tell my clients to bring as many outfits as you want and I will help you choose the best ones right before your session. Miss E did just that, she arrived with a suitcase full of fun, cute and sexy outfits. We also picked a few items from our studio like the pearl necklace, pink tutu and white ruffled throw, which you can use during your session as well.
My experience with Iwona was absolutely AMAZING! Being a boudoir photographer myself - I knew exactly what I wanted in my shoot - but it took me months to find the photographer that I believed could achieve my wishes. I definitely chose the right photographer - and I traveled from Edmonton, AB to Iwona's studio in Surrey, BC.
The hair and makeup experience was fun and friendly. The shoot was a dream...a variety of poses and angles and even different dynamics such as a fan to blow my hair!! I didn't once feel the need to suggest poses - I trusted Iwona completely to capture all that I had hoped for. I came out of my shoot beaming. What made you decide to book your boudoir session with ALOMIA instead of another studio?
I liked the consistent quality of images and posing. The lighting was varied which was also appealed to me. And communication with Iwona was easy, friendly and professional - and very prompt.
How were you feeling before your shoot? Any thoughts going through your mind?
I'm so excited to meet Iwona and of course for the experience.
What was your favorite thing about your photoshoot experience?
Iwona was very thorough with each pose and outfit. She was very honest, direct and friendly - as was her makeup artist. Honestly, I loved everything!
What would you tell other ladies who are considering doing a boudoir shoot?
Just do it! Be brave and be you! It's not scary. And it's not necessarily about being naked or sexy - it's about embracing who you really are - even if that means chunky cardigans and knee socks!
What is the best memory from your photo shoot day?
Iwona was so excited about what she was doing that it made me even more excited and happy. I enjoyed being in front of the camera for a change.
The perfect way to surprise your significant other is by showing off your sexy, uninhibited, confident and beautiful side by sharing those amazing moments with him.
